The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by February 28, 2023. The Tenant shall pay the Landlords $5,968.18 (less any payments made after the application was filed) and $55.56 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting February 18, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
