What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated based on the agreement between the Landlord and Tenants. Tenants must vacate the rental unit by March 6, 2023. If not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction starting March 7, 2023. The Tenants have until March 5, 2023, to file a motion to set aside the order.
