What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 17, 2022. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $2,088.00 for rent arrears and the previous application fee, plus $47.38 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting May 1, 2022 until the Tenants move out. If the full amount is not paid by May 17, 2022, the Tenants will owe interest and the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
