The tenancy is terminated effective February 9, 2021. The Tenants owe no money to the Landlord as the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenants exceeds the arrears. The Landlord is authorized to offset $40.91 per day for compensation for the Tenants' continued occupation starting January 30, 2021 until they vacate.
