The tenancy is terminated effective July 4, 2021. The Tenant must pay $109.27 plus $37.95 per day starting June 24, 2021 to the Landlord. If the Tenant pays $1,181.38 by June 30, 2021 or $2,335.82 by July 4, 2021, the Tenant can void the eviction order and continue the tenancy.
