What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants void the order by paying $12,477.98 by March 27, 2023. If not voided, Tenants must move out by March 27, 2023, and pay $10,761.47 plus $29.18 per day from March 3, 2023, until they move out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting March 28, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
