The ruling
The parties reached a consent order. If the Tenants pay the Landlord $1,100 by August 1, 2024, the order will be considered paid in full. If the Tenants do not pay $1,100 by August 1, 2024, they shall pay the full amount owed of $2,249.60. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by August 1, 2024, they will start to owe interest at 7.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
