What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent and compensation for damage as per a previous order. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective August 12, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,510 for unpaid compensation for damage from the previous order, plus $49.64 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting August 2, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 12, 2023, they will start owing interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
