What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as per the previous LTB order.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 7, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $13,022.70 (less any payments made after November 15, 2022) by March 7, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by March 7, 2023, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Tenant also owes $43.25 per day in compensation starting February 25, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
