The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 16, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,377.18 (less any amount paid after the application was filed) by February 16, 2021, representing rent arrears and costs from the previous order. The Tenant must also pay $43.86 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting February 6, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 16, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
