What happened

The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $10,801, which includes $10,600 in rent arrears and $201 in application filing costs. The Tenants shall make monthly payments of $300 from July 2022 to June 2025, with a final payment of $202 in July 2025. The Tenants shall also pay the lawful rent of $1,250 per month going forward. If the Tenants fail to make any of the ordered payments, the full balance will become immediately due and payable.
