What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $9,646 to void the order and continue the tenancy by December 19, 2022. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by December 19, 2022 and pay $7,292.16 to the Landlord, plus daily compensation of $28.27 from November 9, 2022 until the Tenant moves out.
