What happened
The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The parties reached an agreement during the hearing.
The ruling
The previous order is set aside, and the Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $10,611 in arrears and costs. The Tenant shall pay $750 every two weeks starting August 2, 2021 until the balance is paid in full, and also pay the lawful rent on time each month until the arrears are paid. If the Tenant fails to make the payments, the Landlord can apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
