What happened

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $4,296.30, which represents the rent owing up to March 1, 2021, minus the last month's rent deposit and interest. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. The total amount the Tenant owes the Landlord is $4,497.30. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 26, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
