What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the tenant voids the order by paying $7,980.10 on or before September 25, 2022. If the tenant does not void the order, the tenant shall pay the landlord $5,424.17, which includes rent arrears and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest.
