What happened

The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay rent on time for the 12-month period from May 2021 to April 2022. If the Tenant fails to make any of the required payments, the Landlord may apply to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant. The Tenant must also pay the $175 application fee.
