What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 26, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $7,746.56, which includes rent arrears up to September 30, 2021 and the costs related to the previous application, less the rent deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 26, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
