The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $15,909.93 to void the order by March 17, 2023. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $11,439.65 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by March 17, 2023. The Tenant will also owe daily compensation of $58.24 starting February 15, 2023 until the unit is vacated.
