What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 23, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,841.69, plus $20.55 per day starting February 13, 2021. If the Tenant pays $5,811 on or before February 23, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
