What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy of Tenant and evict Unauthorized Occupants due to unauthorized occupancy of the rental unit. The Unauthorized Occupants are ordered to pay the Landlords $6,433.49, which includes $6,243.49 in compensation for use of the unit from April 3, 2020 to October 30, 2020, and $190.00 for the application filing fee. The Unauthorized Occupants' request for additional legal fees was denied.
