What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice). The Tenant, Richard Michael Morgan, requested a review of the order on the grounds of not reasonably and on the grounds of serious error.

The ruling

Order TEL-06517-19 is varied to remove Mr. Morgan as a named Tenant, leaving Ms. Wright as the sole Tenant. The Landlord shall cease all collection activity against Mr. Morgan and repay any monies collected from him.
