What happened

The ruling

If not voided, the Tenant must vacate by October 18, 2022, and pay $14,408.09 plus $59.26 per day from September 28, 2022, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting October 19, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
