The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 25, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $16,290.33, which includes rent arrears up to February 14, 2022 and the costs related to the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 25, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest starting February 26, 2022 and the Landlord may file the order for enforcement of the eviction.
