What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 11, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,844.84 (less any payments made after October 23, 2020), plus $9.14 per day starting April 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. The Tenant must also pay the $175 application fee. If the Tenant pays $3,022 (less any payments after October 23, 2020) by March 31, 2021 or $3,300 (less any payments after October 23, 2020) by April 11, 2021, the eviction order will be voided and the tenancy will continue.
