What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order. The parties reached an agreement to set aside the previous order and vary the payment terms.

The ruling

The previous order SOL-14723-20 issued on August 5, 2020 is set aside. The Landlord's application under section 78 is dismissed. The payment terms in the previous order SOL-10698-19 are varied to change the rent payment due date to the 20th of each month from March 2020 to August 2021.
