What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $1,084.54 by January 31, 2023 or $2,468.27 by February 5, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by February 5, 2023. The Landlord owes the Tenant $926.21 for the rent deposit and interest, but can deduct $45.49 per day for compensation starting January 17, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
