What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective November 23, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,088.79, which includes rent arrears up to November 12, 2021 and costs from the previous applications, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay $25.02 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting November 13, 2021 until the Tenant vacates or is evicted.
