What happened

Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlord collected or retained money illegally and harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with them and substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex. The applications were resolved by a previous Board order, and the Landlord requested a review of that order. The Board then initiated a review to ascertain the outstanding amounts, if any, owed to the three Tenants who no longer live in the residential complex.

The ruling

The Board amended the previous order to clarify the amounts owed by the Landlord to the three Tenants who no longer live in the residential complex.
