What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant did not meet conditions specified in the order issued by the LTB on January 4, 2023 with respect to applications LTB-L-076347-23 and LTB-T-075028-22. The Landlord filed a second declaration in support of the application which claims an additional breach of a condition specified in the order issued by the LTB on January 4, 2023.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before April 02, 2023. If the unit is not vacated on or before April 02, 2023, then starting April 03, 2023, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
