What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous LTB order. The Tenant failed to keep the fire escape area clean and free of dog feces and urine, obstructing the fire escape egress access.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated due to the Tenant's failure to comply with conditions in a previous order. The Tenant must vacate by April 14, 2023, and pay $55.89 per day from April 4, 2023, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting April 15, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
