What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that Landlords harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant, entered the rental unit illegally and substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit. The application was initially resolved, but Landlords requested a review of the order.

The ruling

The Board ordered that a Notice of Hearing be issued for the review to be heard before the member who initially heard the matter, waiving Rule 29.9 of the Board's Rules of Practice.
