The ruling
The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $3,303.00, which includes rent arrears up to the move-out date and the cost of the application, minus the rent deposit and interest. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 19, 2022, interest will start accruing at 3.00% annually on the outstanding balance from September 20, 2022.
