What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice), which the tenant did not void by paying the arrears.
The ruling
The only remaining issues to be heard at the next hearing are those relating to the balcony and the privacy concerns alleged by the Tenant. The Landlord shall provide the Tenant with rent receipts by email within three business days of payment, and the Landlord's staff shall treat the Tenant with respect, politeness and courtesy.
