What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective October 24, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $18,815.88, plus $22.12 per day starting October 14, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant pays $19,220.40 on or before October 24, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
