What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenants to pay the rent they owed. The Landlord also claimed charges related to NSF cheques.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $2,304.80, which includes rent arrears, application filing fee, and NSF charges, less the rent deposit and interest. If the Tenants do not pay by September 19, 2022, they will owe simple interest at 3% annually on the outstanding balance.
