What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant, and for wilfully or negligently causing undue damage to the premises. The tenancy is terminated effective March 20, 2021, the date the Tenant vacated the rental unit. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $2,389.95 for undue damage to the rental unit, and $190 for the application filing fee.
