What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 15, 2022. The Tenant must pay $4,816.14 plus $55.89 per day starting March 5, 2022, to the Landlord. If the Tenant pays $8,086.00 by March 15, 2022, the eviction order will be void. The Tenant may make a motion to set aside the order if they pay the required amount after March 16, 2022, but before the Sheriff enforces the eviction.
