What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 4, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $12,705.27 plus $40.34 per day starting March 25, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 4, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
