The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 16, 2022, unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $17,577.00 by that date. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $14,896.62 for rent arrears and compensation, plus $44.75 per day starting January 6, 2022, until they move out. If the Tenant voids the eviction order, they must pay full rent on time for 12 months starting September 1, 2021.
