The Tenant is ordered to pay $1,300.00 in rent arrears and $201.00 for the cost of filing the application, less the $1,100.00 rent deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 13, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
