What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant, another occupant of the rental unit or a person the Tenant permitted in the residential complex has seriously impaired the safety of any person.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 30, 2021. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before September 19, 2021. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 19, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance starting September 20, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by September 19, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement starting September 20, 2021.
