What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant wilfully or negligently causing undue damage to the premises, and substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective September 15, 2021. The Tenant must move out by September 26, 2021. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the unit is not vacated by September 26, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
