What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant gave notice to terminate the tenancy effective January 31, 2023.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 24, 2023. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by this date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for eviction enforcement starting February 25, 2023.
