What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 15, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,246.66, which includes rent arrears up to February 11, 2022 and NSF cheque charges, plus $31.04 per day for compensation for use of the unit from February 12, 2022 until the Tenant moves out. The Tenant can void the order and continue the tenancy by paying $3,032 by February 28, 2022 or $3,976 by March 15, 2022.
