What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 15, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,337 in rent arrears, plus $22.22 per day in compensation starting May 1, 2020 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the full amount is not paid by August 15, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
