What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 7, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $4,494.84 in rent arrears and application costs, plus $21.37 per day in compensation starting October 28, 2020 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 7, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest and the Landlords can file the order for enforcement.
