The tenancy is terminated as of April 30, 2020, the date the Tenants vacated the rental unit. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $1,938.77, which represents the rent arrears less the rent deposit, interest on the deposit, and the compensation the Landlord must pay the Tenants under Section 48.1. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 16, 2021, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
