What happened

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by March 28, 2023. The compensation of $1,990.00 is applied to the rent for February 15, 2023, to March 14, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by the termination date, the Landlords may file for eviction enforcement starting March 29, 2023.
