What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by January 23, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $7,433.86, less any payments made after the application was filed, representing rent arrears up to January 12, 2023, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $28.28 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting January 13, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
