The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 22, 2022, unless Tenants void the order by paying $11,615.16 on or before that date. Tenants must pay $9,912.57 for rent arrears and compensation, plus $186.00 for application filing costs. Daily compensation of $31.36 is owed for each day of occupation starting February 12, 2022. If not paid, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 23, 2022.
